Resilience is about perseverance, endurance and adaptability through chaos and uncertainty. This global pandemic has taught us a lot about ourselves as leaders and the work we do daily on behalf of our students and the universities we serve. This discussion will focus on how to create a positive mindset using a resilient leader lens recognizing that power, guidance, and influence can come from myriad resources. In short, how do you lead from your authentic self?
