How to be a Collaborative Leader and Still Get Things Done

In this presentation, we will discuss collaborative leadership, what it is, and the benefits and challenges to managing a team and/or project. The presenter will present her philosophy of collaborative leadership and a few examples from her own work. The audience will be involved through reflection, small group discussion and whole group sharing. Anticipated outcomes are: Identify three characteristics of a collaborative leader, three strategies for incorporating more collaboration in leadership, and three communication techniques that encourage collaboration.
