Designing Women: Cultivate, Collaborate and Co-design Innovation at Your Institution
Dr. Krista T. Kenney and Charlotte Rose Williams
Women in Higher Education leadership are in the position to serve as catalysts for innovative solutions to some of their institutions’ most challenging problems. Through the implementation of cultivation and co-design processes, women can transform their visions and intentions to activate, advocate and advance collaborative innovation.
This session is designed to develop, encourage, and support women through the process of implementing change and managing projects on their respective campuses. Learn how to engage stakeholders in your problem framing, ideation, development, refinement, and evaluation processes to build momentum for sustainable solutions.
In this interactive session the facilitators will help participants map out a plan for creating transformational experiences for students, faculty, and staff on their campuses. Participants will leave with tools and strategies they can implement in their department, division, and university-wide to take their ideas from concept to completion.
